Enterprise is kaput
Enterprise had it’s last episodes last night, bringing the show to an early exit after only four years. I’ve watched the show since it’s inception, though I wouldn’t call it awesome, it was enjoyable. If I were a guessing man, today’s society just isn’t into sci-fi space shows anymore, that and the Star Trek franchise is a bit stretched out right now.
On other fronts, my good friend Jason started up a new job at CSG this past week, he seems to be happy with it, so good luck to him. He’ll be an application developer of some kind over there. In news about me, I started playing softball with some people at work and it made me realize just how out of shape I really am. I’m running out of breath after just a few plays in the infield, but I haven’t lost my touch. I can still charge ground balls, catch pop flies and throw out runners at first. Oh, I still play FFXI way too much, leveling bard a bit now to alleviate the “no invite getting blues” that I’ve been receiving as of late on warrior.
