Busy with work

Not much new going on since my last post, just been busy with work or busy taking time off from work. Usually on my days off I’m too tired to do anything except plop down on the couch and watch tv or play some video games. One thing I have had to deal with though, is my step-dad filing for bankrupcy. He and my mom have been living apart for quite some time, but have never filed for a seperation. He claims in his filing that he cannot afford to pay the house payment, however, he hasn’t lived her for over a year and we’d been covering the payments ever since. I’m not sure how this is gonna pan out, but I don’t expect it to turn out pretty.

forever and a day

Man, it has been FOREVER since I last posted. So instead I’ll sum up what I’ve been up to recently.

  • playing Final Fantasy XI, probably too much of it. I’m a lvl58 warrior by the way
  • I bought a Fujitsu P7010 laptop just over a month ago, it’s friggin sweet
  • I moved to the day shift at work, hours are 7am-4pm which means waking up at 5:30am
  • I just interviewed today for a different title in my department, but its still the same job. I’d be getting paid more money for it, so uNF.
  • I helped my mom lay a wood floor down in the dining room and living room, it looks pretty nice
