Hi, I was wondering where you purchased those lights or what they’re called? I can’t seem to find them.. I’ve been googling track lighting & wall lighting without any similar results. hanks!
I did it this way due to the way the house was built; there is no room to run electrical wiring behind the walls. It was also a neat way to use a raceway to add texture to the room.

The four lights are simple wall sconces, similar to this one: http://www.lowes.com/pd_311238-17771-311238_4294857043+4294800093_40_?productId=3092161
The track going around the wall and up to the lights are a surface mount raceway, like this: http://www.panduit.com/Products/ProductOverviews/SurfaceRacewaySystems/index.htm
